By the light of the silvery moon

by the light, of the silvery moon...eh, rmbr this song jas? np camp song... haha, one of the things i quite enjoyed at the camps were camp songs... the nice ones la, of course...

anyway, there was the 2e1 (or 1e1 whichever way u wanna look at it) bbq yesterday... hmm, to be honest, i had serious doubts bout whether this bbq was serious not,

reason 1 being marcus organised, i dunno wheter he could get everybody n everything needed... nonetheless, i think it went through pretty smoothly, and kudos to him... i wouldn't hav the patience to organise a bbq....

reason 2; my opinion is tt e1 never was a very united class, unlike arch-rivals another class... haha... mayb they were arch-rivals in my mind only...

anyway, seeing as e2 which i tot was more united, turned out to b a slight dissapointment, i tot this one would b worse, guys not withstanding... in both classes, always all the guys are there, even though we're the minority...

haha 4-5 years later, some things haven't changed... sure all gone to our jc's n poly's, but when get back together, this exact same group, everyone juz go back n talk to who we usually talk to...
actually i wouldn't hav mind talking to some of the others, but can't really think of anyth interesting to say anyway... guess mayb everyone has the same prob...

actually wanted to ask sarah how come she always always always wears the same pair of pants... i mean everytime... since sec 4... but mayb a bit embarrasing for her also, so didnt want to... ya scott, dun go around saying ok...

actually angeline, sarah, siew peng..... got go out with them quite a bit last time, caus they r with audrey... n siew peng n angeline got tok to them online sometimes too... but whenever see them outside, like nth much to say... or everyone is busy... funny huh...

oh yeah... i spoke to ying hui on tue caus after CYA... then she did mention to others also we same cca... unimaginable in sec schl... npcc n dance... huh... weird shit...

anyway, arina, or alrina as she's now called... quite shock i in SP... zzzz...

i rmbr tt time going to schl at a bus stop near pasir ris crest... saw her n waved... but she like nev see me, then continue making her hair... i dun really care anyway, but thinking wth, really dao lor...

anyway, she said she tot she saw me but not sure bcaus nev was there before.... but ya, old stuff...

oh mr adam aezril was there also... came for 5 mins then walked off.. not surprised... nev bring gf to show off mah.... zzzz...

kk england match starting liao... n keep this confidential... ty.

Deutschland, where legends are born

it begins tml... the worlds biggest and most important soccer event... so what do we know about
the host country, Germany?

Allianz Arena in Munich

Germany, engineering haven, home to biggest luxury automobile brands in the World. Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volkswagen and Audi. They had the panzer tank, V2 rocket and the first jet fighter in WWII... Germany has produced many great scientists and mathematicians too, Einstein who was a German Jew is probably to most famous among them. Not forgetting musicians like Mozart...much more they have provided the world with, it takes a bit of looking to find it though, as the germans are

Germany the land where highways have no speed limits and the world famous street race track Nurunburg Circuit, has claimed numerous lives throughout the world.

smth i love about the WRC is how approchable and down to earth the rally drivers are... even they got into the spirit of the world cup, and the drivers from various world cup countries held a mini table-soccer tournament... the winner was spain, won by Junior world rally champ Carlos Sainz...

so heres who i think will do well in the world cup:

reach the finals: germany, brazil, netherlands

semi finals: england, argentina

quaterfinals: spain, france, australia, czech

going home early: japan

no idea: italy, portugal

think germany could win the cup, given they are playing on home ground... but mayb they not as gd as teams of previous generations... brazil, always favs, but diff to win twice, and pressure is on them... netherlands, most likely i think to win... tt's just a guess of course...

did ya noe, the only german player in starting XI not playing in germany is jens lehman from arsenal... no wonder not so much support... hu watches the bundesliga anyway...

now watching the opening match... got quite a few goals le, 2-1... but the atmosphere is like... zzzz....... ok u scored a goal... the crowd dosent cheer much... nth... not like a normal champions league match or even a premiereship match, where can see and hear the fans cheering, and can feel a bit of the atmosphere, makes watching the match much more exciting...

hope it'll b better in england matches...

Finally, got some time to do a post... just finished a biaing week of e-learning... cheated the last bit for maths... even cheating is hard work ya noe...

lots of dota this week as well, juz 1v1 zhao xi, both of us used razor, he killed me 7-1... actually playing 1v1 i realised his skill at dota is only slightly above mine... but tt slight diff makes a big diff in results, first blood could mean an extra exp and extra gold and time to knock down the first tower resulting in better items...

the diff is that he is slightly clearer on when to attack and when he will win 1v1... mayb will pick tt up with time...

dad came home from dubai today... come back for bout 2 weeks... his been gone since jan, which upon looking back, is pretty long, considering all the stuff i've done since he's been gone... dota at home, the dog, more little stuff...

gd day... n gd world cup to ya'll...

A rush of blood to the head

SAT

1st time soccer in a long long while... enjoyed it, having soccer shoes does make a big diff, even though my is street soccer only...

SUN

aft church played initial D while waiting for the guys, also 1st in a long while, beat 1 AI character... not bad...

afterward met scott, ql, jas, wq at marina square for some lunch at yoshinoya... went back to PC SHOW caus jas wanted to buy an mp3 player... actually i wanted to see sum stuff and ask some qn, but so crowded, didnt get the chance...i'm sure go lots of cool deals tt day...

took a long walk to penisula plaza tt day, with zx to play dota.....

later when got back to pasir ris, played street soccer with ql n wq a while...

MON

stayed home most of the day to do elearning... tt's in theory la, but actually didn't do much at all...

TUE

went to the dentist early in the morn to get the braces fixed n started up... wasnt' painful compared to the tooth extraction tt day..but the time frame, 15 months! sia la... v. diff to eat caus the braces constantly irritating you, wats more with the braces pushing ur teeth, they feel sore and can't put much weight on them...

braces actually a v. crude way of fixing teeth... but effective i guess... in future, ppl will look back on past medicine and laugh at how crude this method is... oh well... guess i'll b eating mashed potatos for a while...

The Dentist

noe it's been ages since i last updated... been a pretty busy test week so far... this term tests are tougher than last years... hav to bia quite hard le...

anyway, our slacker teachers release us early at 1100 today, so our whole class went dhoby gaut for dota... 4 teams, of about 3-4, in a league style match...

me, somebody(daniel) n dickson VS darebm, tri and Juz... pretty sure jas noe's most of them le...right jas?haha

rouge knight, sniper n vengeful spirit VS the v. strong (lich), crystal maiden, and lina inverse...
early game tio pon like hell... 3 intell heroes leh, with super storng ulti... later, we worked out a super gd combi...

vengeful spirit would swap postions with lich, me with godstrength will whack him, dealing huge damage... i , vengeful spirit, and sniper take turns to bash... killing him freely, n tanking their ulti...

3 of us beat bm in a fair fight... haha tt's a pretty good accomplishment...

tt's the only game we won.... in the end 3 of the 4 teams each won once... only super pro eug team won all 3 matches..

went home v. tired slept for 2 hours till 7 o'clock... the time i'd been dreading... time to remove the teeth... actually went to dentist yest also... they said had to remove 3baby teeth i had which were preventing my adult teeth from growing... haha... actually got 1 more, but tt one dun hav adult teeth below...

juz let ya noe, my nick in my class is small boy...lol...

anyway the dentist is next to kembangan mrt... it's run by a malay family, and the inside is quite pretty, juz like lot of malay houses... not like those cold, white yellow clinics... feel more relaxed there... the doctor tok to ya n explain wat he's doing....

still, plucking out ur teeth is nev fun... esp not when ur doing 3 at a go... i had to have numbing stuff wiped through my mouth before the injection to numb my mouth even more... only then was the mega scary looking metal plier thingy brought out...

feeling tt thing clamp your teeth and jerked out is ball-shrinkingly scary...studying in DARE course i hav seen lot of metal twisting, crunching and ripping machines, but the tiny tooth plier is the scariest of all to me...

haha, sorry for my non-standard english, but, lazy to think at this time... juz glad to get a post up... cheers!
